PHASE 1: LA PENINSULA
La Peninsula represents Pearl Island’s first phase of development, located on the Zancadilla peninsula part of the settlement. The Peninsula is where you find the marina, beach club, restaurants, and all existing homes.
PHASE 1: VIKING ENCLAVE
Viking Yachts, the world leader in the production of luxury sportfishing and cruising boats, has aligned with Pearl Island to create the most unique and luxurious fishing lodge on the planet. Within the Peninsula, the Enclave is a private condominium development that will be home to twenty-six condos and private dock with 13 slips exclusive to Viking Enclave owners. The common area will include a restaurant, pool, bar, and meeting rooms.
PHASE 2: RITZ CARLTON RESERVE
A Ritz Carlton Reserve resort with 80 rooms and 80 branded residences is to be developed on Playa Don Bernardo and Playa Mague, two of the most spectacular beaches of Pearl Island, with a total area of 125 acres. It will be the crown jewel of luxury beach hotel destinations in Latin America, construction started in June of 2019 with completion scheduled for December 2021.
